After earning a black belt in Taekwondo and training under Grandmaster Wonik Yi in Tukong Moosul, she became a certified 2nd-degree black belt and instructor. Janell’s career also extends into the film industry, where she has trained actors and co-founded the Action Film Institute, Fighting Stunts Association, and the Georgetown Film Society.
