Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Rates and Delivery Time 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All pepper spray and pre-orders will receive free shipping.

Pre-Order Items

For pre-order items, please note that shipping processing time begins once the item is in stock and ready to ship. Pre-order items will have an estimated shipping date displayed on the product page. Please refer to this date for shipping processing time information. If there are any changes to the estimated shipping date, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state laws, we are unable to ship pepper spray products to Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, and New York. This includes our Pepper Spray + Keychain, Pepper Spray Bundles, and Sidekick products.

In addition to these states, the Knux Grip variants of the Safely Sidekick are unable to ship to California, Illinois, Michigan, Vermont, and Washington. The Strap Grip is available to ship to these states.

Safely products are currently only available in the USA.
