We’ll kick things off with a hands-on demonstration of Safely products and a quick, practical self-defense workshop. Then, Girls Who Run Atlanta and Cooldown Running will lead the group on a community run along the Beltline.

Join Back Home Fitness for a Women’s Self-Defense Seminar focused on building confidence, awareness, and practical safety skills.

During this hands-on seminar, attendees will learn how to:

• Set boundaries with confidence
• Recognize potential threats and respond effectively
• Escape, get help, and move toward safety
• Use personal safety tools to assist them

The workshop is $45 per person and includes a Safely Practice Spray canister, so attendees can practice using a personal safety tool with confidence.
